Hi,

Thanks for the question and sorry to hear about the difficulty.

Please let me know the following:
-Which jetBook do you have? Regular, Lite or Mini?
-What is the firmware version on yoru device. If it is regular you can check in "Settings" and "System settings"
-Can your PC recognize the jetBook but not the ADE program?

I have the regular jetbook
The firmware version is v.0.30f with patch v12?
The PC recognises the jetbook as a mass storage device. However ADE does not see it at all. The pc is authourised etc

Hey,

It appears as if you have a very old firmware of the jetBook, the older version of jetBook firmware is unable to work with ADE. Please check here for the new version. http://www.jetbook.net/update.php?refid=29532

Or one of the post here https://www.ectaco.com/posts/list/19980.page

Hope this helps!

Hi,

I am having problems with Adobe Digital Editions. The program recognizes my Jetbook, but only the internal memory and not the SD card I have. Is it not possible to use my SD card instead of the internal memory of the Jetbook?

Thank you very much,

Cheers,

Oscar

Hey,

Thanks for the question, I have heard of people using the SD card as main memory for the jetBook and have it connected to ADE. I am not going to comment on how because i am not aware of the legalities behind it but it has something to do with moving a file programmed on the jetBook to the SD card.

Also i have seen the process on our forums as well as others so you may have to do a bit of searching.

Hope this helps point you in the right direction!
