In principle you should have an excellent niche product in practice you should look at the Transparent Language functionality which is infinitely superior. Regrettably they don't do software for PPC.

I have no intention of having a slanging match with you but your company has terrible support. I know the software is cheap and I also know that, for me, it runs incredibly slowly and finally I know that no effort has been made to resolve the issue and that it took months to get the software to register in the first place because the registration file supplied was sent in the wrong format and nothing was done until after I returned from the country I bought the software for. Draw your own conclusions....

As I see from the thread above you have got the reply from Max in two days after posting your device specs.

As for registration issues, I have already mentioned that it typically takes 1-2 business days to get working reg key by email. Just send your order number at [email protected] to get the assistance, I recommend to check out junk e-mail box if you do not get our response for months. Also please note, that some mail programs delete emails if the inbox is overloaded.
It is absolutely impossible that we ignore our customers requests for support.

Again, I strongly recommend each user check out system requirements on the web site before purchasing the software as well as download trial version to make sure that the software runs well on your device and suites your needs.

I really like the idea of this software, but I am disappointed with the problems I've had with the registration...and now i'm forced to wait a few days to get it resolved.

Order # LSC-218878

The problem is that when I hit the register button, the application crashes...and no feedback. It does not successfully register. The reg keys are in all the My Documents folders (on device and on storage card). I'm using Windows Mobile 6.0, on HTC Mogul.

HELP! I will be showing off this technology to friends and co-travellers!

It's taking a while, but someone is troubleshooting now...this seems like such a common problem...time to focus programming efforts on this stuff...as it can be a real turn off.

hello i have comparable problem. i have bought
LingvoSoft FlashCards 2008 English <-> Turkish for Pocket PC

and paid much money.

when i want to register. it crashes.
for registration i do next: copy the key program to my documents in pocket pc after that i install from pc and after installetion when i start program it askes for registration. when i click on register button it searches different directories and if it finds my documents directory program crashes. i have tried installing from ppc same problem. i also tried other than one language same problem.

i had bought 2006 version and it was perfect. only the registration key numbers asked and it was very easy to fill in and i have been using it for along time.

but 2008 version crashes when i register. but trial version can i use if i click on cancel on the registration venster.

thank you i have also sent you an email please read it.

is there anyother person with the same problem. because the problem is with the key program not with the dictionary. because i can wel use the evaluation version if i click on cancel but if i click on register the program creashes.

i have tried on my old pocket pc with old OS than windows 6.1 problem is the same. it crashes.

i also have downloaded same software on internet as demo and problem is same. it crashes when it tries to find key program.

please help me. i want to solve fast possible.
