Dear rep,
I recently (about month) bought PW800 series. This dictionary was working fine until today. I cannot access the information in the card even though it was in. i have the English to Korean pw800, and i cant access the Main dictionary, and when i try the wordnet dictionary it says. "Error: can't open index file noun.iut" What can i do? I tried resetting numerious times, and even taking out the card and in, replacing the battery too.

Dear John,
Do you have any suitable MMC reader to rewrite the OS on the unit's storage card?
If so, please contact our Support Team at [email protected]
They will provide you with link to download the OS.

I have downloaded and transfered the files into the mmc card. However nothing changed. When i put the mmc card in, it had no files inside the card(???). after adding the nessasary files inside the mmc, i reinserted it and still doesnt work. Still says mmc is in unknown format and such.
what can i do?

Please try to reformat the MMC before to transfer the data to it.
It should be FAT formatted.
After that transfer the data to it and insert MMC back to the unit..
