Turn it on and it goes through english start up screens. The next screen is picture of partner b3 and a usb arrow indicates into top of device and then switches off the b3. What do I need to do

Dear Friend,

Please take out the MMC from the unit according to user's guide, insert it back after that and try reset the unit as it stated in the user's guide.

Thanks Attempted that but got same response after screen that appeared to indicated no card inserted. Installed additional card that purchased at same time and all I get is picture of partner b3 then switches off automaticaly after two minutes
