I am very disappointed with Ectaco, hopefully in a few days to say the opposite. It all depends on how resolve my issue.
13/11/12 at 15:30 Yesterday I received the jetBook color ordered. That disappointment when I open the box and see the damaged screen (I appended pictures to prove it).
I immediately sent the photos to claim to the emails issued :
([email protected]; [email protected]; [email protected]).
I have not received any response. I'm very disappointed. I do not know if I sent it to the appropriate post, but I guess as they have answered before delivered, so should a claim or direct it to the appropriate department.
The website stated:
"Products ordered and damaged
In the unlikely event that a product is lost or damaged in transit, you must contact us in writing as soon as possible.
In case of damage, please retain the product and packaging and contact us for the next 48 hours +1-718-728-6110
In case of damaged or lost, you must contact us within five business days. '
Unfortunately my English is not good, and by phone would be difficult to explain the incident.
I appreciate indicate other means to manage and troubleshoot. I leave the order details:
