I bought a jetbook color from germany ectaco, with that version I can underline epub file (that is very important feature for me). So I decided to buy another jetbook color from ectaco.com (spanish version) but with that last one I cannot underline epub file but only pdf! why is there such difference?
How can I underline epub file in my new JBC as I to in the previous one?

Hi,

Thanks for the message, it is possible that you have an older or newer firmware version which has slightly different features.

Can you go into Setting and Device info. Than post the firmware version of each device you have?

49.37.509 r1580 German 1559
the second one is:
49.37.509 r1818 Spanish
Is it possible to have the feature to underline epub file in my Spanish version too?

Ok great, just one more thing before i write to tech. By annotate, you mean you can draw inside of the book ePub book in the German version But not in the Spanish one? Did you try to put the same exact book from the German device to the Spanish one?

yes, it is. I can draw in my German version but not in Spanish version (.epub). (the same file)
I give you some extra detail:
In German version:
when I go to a pdf file and I set drawing mode, this mode is memorised, so when I close that file and I open another one like an epub file I can draw there too.
In Spanish version:
when I go to a pdf file and I set drawing mode and I close the file, when I open another file (for example another pdf file) this mode has been disability and if I wish to use again drawing mode I have to set it again.
So I cannot use drawing mode for epub file!

Sorry about the delay. The Spanish version will not have this feature. It may be possible to replace the Spanish with the older German software but i don't know about it.
