Today I received my ES800 but I can't turn it on. The screen is only clear but the on/off botton does not work. What can I do? Please help me!

Dear Sir / Madam,

Please make sure that the MMC card is inserted into the device.

You should then charge the battery from the main power supply using the adapter provided with the translator.

If this doesn't help, please refer to the Initialization chapter of the user's manual and try to perform a hard reset.
