I ordered a battery and they charged a $10 shipping charge. The webpage says free shipping in the USA. I know some parts of Florida are like a third world country (Miami) but it still is the United States.

Dear Rick,

We provide free shiping with the US with the purchase of dictionaries and transaltors.
We do not provide free shipping with the purchase of acessories.

Before the order form completion you were prompted to read and agree to our Terms & Conditions where it is clearly stated that "If accessories are ordered without a dictionary, the usual FedEx rate will be charged."
