Dear Alex,
I received my ERm800 and I can't use it.
After starting I receive the message:
System detected internal problems after restart
It's recommended to format User disk.
Proceed with formating ?
Up button - Accept
Down button - Skip
I selected Accept, it respond .. Processed
and the desktop is arrived.
After a few minutes the unit is blocked or make an automatic restart.
I tried to Reset many times but without success: the problem is the same.
Please help me!

Dear Alex,
I have done:

for reloading the Firmware for 800 Model but after that the problem is the same: the unit block immediately after a few operations (using the stylus or the the buttons).
After that for rebooting I must use Reset or I must disconnect the buttery (the button On/Off don't works).

Please tell me if really this model is OK and send me a GOOD and TESTED unit (could you please take 5 minutes for making a list of base operations).
I like the model but if you are not capable to send me another good unit I
must return you the order (I have not time and money to waste).
Please answer me here; during the day time I can't call you.

Hi Alex I,
I talked with technical support; they are not capable to fix my unit.
The unit have BIG PROBLEMS like I wrote in this forum.
I will send you the unit for REPLACEMENT (another money for shipping ! ).
Please DON'T SEND ME THE SAME UNIT. This unit don't works!
I want a dictionary not a lot of troubles!
