What is the best way to download my ebooks to JBL?
First my ebooks from Barnes and Noble.
and also my Russian language books.
Thanks in advance.

What I like to do is to use the tools on my PC to create and maintain a Directory of folders on my hard drive.
This "Master Library" can then be synced to my SD cards for use in my devices. I use the free "SyncToy" from
Microsoft and have it keep my SD card matching the "Master Library" folder on my PC. This way if I add a book
or change a title or move it to a different category folder in my "Master Folder" on my PC, only those changes
will be made to the SD card, when I plug the SD card into the reader on my PC.

You could have a subfolder for "Russian Books" or you might have categories like "English Mysteries" and another
"Russian Mysteries" - or- "English SciFi" and "Russian SciFi" ,ect...

It is a lot better to use the tools you have on your PC, rather than trying to use those built into your device.
The JBL only has a USB1.1 interface so it is much better to use an SD reader on your PC where it will likely be
at least a USB2.0 interface.

Luck;
Ken
