Maybe there's another way to solve this problem but I was going crazy trying to figure it out. I have an Albanian English talking dictionary and when I was changing the card to use the Western Europe dictionary only the English German would appear. There was no flag to change language dictionaries. I found the problem is that it wasn't fully reading the card. I started taking the battery out and reputting it each time I changed the card in order to get it to read it. Perhaps there is a better way to get it to read it?
