Hi, I got my ESC400T for my aunt and it was fine and hten all of the sudden it stopped working so she let someone fix it and that someone messed it up and set a password and now its locked and we cannot get in it. Is there a way i can reset the password ?? The person who
"fixed" it obviously didnt know wtf they were doing..

Dear Friend,
Please try to perform hard reset with fresh batteries installed.
1. Reset the unit by pressing Reset key
2. While the message "Please wait..." or logo is displaying, press "D" and "E" to enter Self test.
If it doesn't help please take out the batteries for 15 minutes and insert them back.
Please press N if the unit will ask you to restore the user's data.
