I know this is not the nicest way to complain but I have lost patience.
I made an order on March 31st for
ECTACO English <-> Japanese Partner EJ400T, PC-Link cable and headphones for the 400 series. I received an email from Ingrid Owen to thank me for my order.
No delivery after 6 days. Called on April 7th & left message on answer phone.
On April 9th Ectaco emailed me twice to say there had been (and I quote)
"Unfortunately there was a serious technical problems at our website when you placed the order and we didn't get your credit card details. Please let me know when I can contact you to take card details. Sorry for inconvenience. Your order can be delivered on Wednesday if we get your payment details today.”
I called & confirmed order & gave credit card details. Was told
“We apologise for inconvenience and we are ready to offer you Lingvosoft Japanese Platinum Pack as a compensation.”
