April 16th – I call Ectaco twice but the phone rings out both times.
April 17th – YIPPIE a box from Fed-Ex – containing.. A PC Link cable. That is all. So I email an to Nancy Patton I get a swift reply
“Sorry for inconvenience. You should get your device in a few days.”
April 19th – An email from Nancy Patton asking for details of how the parcel looked as they are making a claim from Fed-ex. I reply that until I receive my order I will not assist them with any information. I am so close to loosing patience. I feel as if this is going to go on and on.
April 20th – I call Ectaco speak to Nancy Patton and explain that I will assist in all details regarding Fed-Ex but I now wish to cancel my order immediately and receive a refund. Nancy assures me that my order will be with me soon.
