Since April 9th I have spent time, energy and lots of phone calls. Promises to call or email me back with answers was sporadic. 25 days since I made my order, a simple order. 25 days - that is ridiculous. I could have gone to a store on March 31st and had a Dictonary for the classes that I could only half participate because I did not have a dictonary. The thing is it is STILL not right.
I am now not looking for apologies I have heard enough. I want the Lingvosoft Japanese Platinum Pack sent as promised and I want compensation for all the calls and time spent chasing you up.
I would have called or emailed Nancy Patton but I feel that would have got me nowhere fast.
