hi,
I got my new English-Turkish Partner900 but within its life of first week, it has started to freeze and forces me to reset it every single time. Not sure if I did good by purchasing this device even I loved its specs a lot.
Also, I can not find FM Radio application in ''Extras'' section. is it hide somewhere else?
my another concern is GPS. MY device arrived with map of US which does not work for me. Can I download Turkey map from Google and will it work with P900?

Thanks for the message and sorry to hear about the difficulty with the item, i will try and go through everything one by one. If it is still having issues the you may need to contact the tech support service directly.
1) I would try a master reset on the item. You would have to remove the SD card, remove the battery (remove the 2 screws on the bottom and then very carefully pull on the wire on the side closer to the device). Leave both out for at least 10 minutes. Replace the battery and SD card. Reset the device using the small hole on the bottom of the unit.
2) Unfortunately, as per our customers feedback, the FM radio was the least used program on the unit. We removed it from the device but it will still be in the users manual for people with older versions.
3) The GPS and map program we use is not compatible with Google maps. You can see the map packages here https://www.ectaco.com/ectaco-gps-receiver-maps/ and you can contact the sales department [email protected] for specifics on what is required for the order.

Hi Jerry,
Thank you for being helpful.
I really love this device and willing to use it thru long time. However, many negative feedback demoralizes me as I am afraid I will face with more serious problems of it.
