since i received my PW800, it looked like a smaller version of a laptop compter. the screen is heavier then the base. however i was expecting to be able to adjust the top (screen) portion to the desired level. if the screen is too low, the unit slams shut, if too high it opens pass 90 degress and the weight of the screen will flip the unit over. Are the hinges suppose to be tight and hold the screen firmly? or have a received a returned unit that was re-shipped as new?
