OK I have been very patient and have done all that I have been asked to, but still I have had no response. The details of my problem are in this thread which has now been locked!

I phoned the tech people who had sent a replacement memory card, eventually, which did not work and contacted the management team at [email protected] and had no reply.
What I did was to purchase an EF900 that came with several other goodies including the B3 that is 'supposed' to be an English/Spanish translator and now you are telling me that there is NO warranty on everything else that came along with it?
This unit has NEVER worked, so PLEASE WILL YOU DO SOMETHING TO GET IT WORKING! I have offered to send it back at MY own expense. What more can I do
