I just wanted to post a comment about the fantastic service I received when buying my ER800. I spoke with Val several times and he always gave great advice and explained all the various discounts and promotions that were available. There was no pressure to buy anything immediately and he seemed happy to explain anything I was unsure about. It was a hige difference from most other sales reps I have spoken to who know less about the product than you can find on the website. Thanks again for a great retail experience!

I too have enquired about buying a product and got lots of useful information and also offers via email. I have now just purchased a product and I am waiting for delievery, I cant wait!
