Good day,

Recently, on my Ectaco Partner ER-X8c Dictionary, display starts generate vertical lines which where passing via text removing part of it.
It is not depending on the position of display and the lines are permanent after device on.

Model:ER X-8
Serial number is: ERX-80040282

I would be obliged for your Support.
I'm living in Dubai(United Arab Emirates) and will appreciate for service center address, if any.

Thanks for the message! Unfortunately the ER X-8 is an older model and we don't have the option to replace it with a new one.
