Hi. I just got my ER800 a few days ago. I noticed that if I let the auto-off time expire it will reset the time and date. This is annoying.

Is there a firmware update for this obvious bug?

I did search here for the answer but am surprised no one has mentioned this obvious bug. Maybe my search terms weren't sufficient.

Update:

Well, I thought there was a correlation between auto-off and the clock reseting, but now I can't reproduce it.

Nevertheless the clock has reset several times for no currently apparent reason. Even while it is plugged into the charger, the led is green, etc.

Dear Customer,

When you set the time you need to tap on Ok icon placed in the right upper corner. After that the time settings will be saved.

My clock keeps resetting but I haven't been able to attribute it to a specific cause.
