I've got a new EH200D electronic dictionary while I found it can't be turned on. Iput the batteries into other use while they work! I pretty wanna it to be used immediately. I'd like to know your solution to this problem. thanks

Dear Customer,

Please try to perform hard reset with fresh batteries installed.
1. Reset the unit by pressing Reset key
2. While the message "Please wait..." or logo is displaying, press "D" and "E" to enter Self test.
