Purchasing from Ectaco is a complete scam.

I purchased a software package and the registration codes DO NOT WORK. The company refuses to answer emails (it's been 4 weeks now) or respond to telephone calls to fix this problem. Customer service does NOT EXIST.

It is clear these problems areknown to the company and they continue to sell faulty products and refuse to respond in any acceptalbe manner once the sale has been made. The company misrepresents its products and it's ability / intention to provide service. This is fraud and an acivity for which the company is liable.

I am an attorney, and am gathering names of those customers of this for a class action lawsuit against this company. If you have been similary affected by products sold by Ectaco Please contact [email protected] to join a pending class-action lawsuit against Ectaco.
