Hi I'm Leaving for mexico in three weeks so thought i should start getting use to my ectaco itravel seem to be working fine for about an hour then wouldnt open items in menu so rebooted now it wont work at all comes up on the screen to please insert a memory card with the os system, have reinserted the memory card numerous times but wont start up. Even took the battery out and try to reboot still no luck. hope someone can help or will have brought this for nothing. Ectaco itravel deluxe ntl-2s. thanks steve

I think you may want to contact our support team directly. They will give you the operating system file and you can download it directly to your SD card. Please send an email to [email protected] and they will be glad to help you with everything.
