I just received an Ebookman 911 from ECTACO and there was no sign of any of the language dictionaries in the box (there were advertised to be seven), only the Franklin Install CD. In fact, except for the receipt, there was no sign of ECTACO at all.

Is this something I need to download? Is there a CD missing?
