I ordered ETACO Partner EK800 Eng-Kor Talking Electronic Dictionary and Audio PhraseBook and a French MMC card. I got them with the overnight shipping, but when i tested it, it didn't work appropriately. i couldn't type in french which you said i can. so i want to make the return ASAP.
i called the calling center on saturday but you answered you don't work on weekend.
i respect that, but i know the period that i can get a refund is just a week from the purchase, so i want you to make the refunding process ASAP.
please give me the refund number so i can get the step for refund.

If you ordered an EK800 Partner then you need to turn it off, take out the MMC, insert the English-French MMC and turn the unit on. The English-French dictionary will be available after that.
