I only have a few lines to explain. The 7 days return policy is wrong and not customer friendly.

Dear Twardake,

You may decide before ordering whether the 7 days return policy is fine with you or not.

If it is you go ahead with the order, if it's not you don't.

All information about our return policy is always available at our site and we ask our visitors to read and agree to it before ordering online.

P.S. Please review the forum rules.

The fact that the 7-day return policy is posted on the web site doesn't necessarily make it a fair number or a customer friendly policy. What would be a fair number (to the customer or company) is arguable. It took me about 10 days to discover enough problems and annoyances about my TS-2 before I began to think about returning it. I doubt there could be a solution that would be or seem fair and friendly for everybody and the company. If the problems and annoyances could be fixed, then I wouldn't want to return it, but I am sure that would take more than 7 days to determine.
