ER800 & Japanese P800 MMC Card Problems

I bought a English <-> Japanese Partner P800 MMC Card for use with my ER800 Unit. When I insert the MMC Card, the words in the dictionary are not in Japanese characters, but in garbled symbols.

(On a separate note, I got a message while trying to load the japanese firmware off the MMC Card, It Says: Burn Process Failed. Package File is Corrupted or Incompatable. Is there any way to fix this without getting a new card?)

Well, your advertisement offered misleading information:

There was a bolded comment that specifically said: "Compatable with any 800 series ECTACO Partner Dictionary and PhraseBook."

I see that you have changed your website to say:

"This removable card stores the full contents of the bi-directional English <?> Japanese talking dictionary and phrasebook and can be used with 800 series ECTACO Partner Dictionary and PhraseBook. The MMC card is compatible with your device if it is on the list of available accessories for your device.

Nonetheless, your product promised to do something that it cannot, and I demand a refund at your expense. Please contact me by email immidiately to coordinate this ([email protected]).
