Some time ago I purchased in the US an electronic dictionary Partner ER400 Professional. It stopped working just after one year since it was bought. My friend who had got same model at the same time as me but from a different place in USA said her dictionary got broken as well. It is very disappointing considering such a high price.

Nevertheless, I would like to have it repaired. How can I do that? We live in Australia. I have contacted Ectaco at [email protected] two weeks ago but have not heard back since.

Anna

Dear Anna,

To find out if it is possible to repair, please feel free to contact Val Reaves at [email protected]

Please make sure to include a detailed description of the problem you have using the dictionary.
