Problem with connection jetBook to computer using supplied USB cable

Hello, I've bought Ectaco Jetbook but my computer deosn't "see" the jetbook connected to it with supplied USB cable.
Do I have to go to Ectaco service centre or I can Fix it myself?

The problem was with supplied USB which didn't work. Fortunately, I have another one and my computer perceives Jetbook as a removable disk.

Thanks for the question and glad to hear you were able to get it resolved already!

Sometimes plugging into a different USB port, using a different cable or trying to use a different computer may help. My brother has a computer so old it cant see the jetBook for some reason (the jetBook works on all others iv tried and iv tried over 4 other computers).

I've linked JetBook to my NetBook too which is a most recent model but it also hasn't seen eBook. There is no problem at all with the JetBook but the supplied cable is idle. If anybody has the same problem my advice is to pay attention to a supplied cable
