Has anyone purchased the E15C800

I want to know before I purchase this product if anyone is having a problem using it? Your reply is much appreciated. Thank you.

I just got the E15C800 last week and am really impressed by it. It contains so much information that I can?t say for certain if you will find any problems but in a week of using it I haven?t come across any. The foreign voices are really superb and the practicality of speaking in English and then having the translator speak back the translation in another language is really astounding. It will probably be a while before I can test all the languages as I don?t as much time to travel as i would like but I have already had a French and Spanish speaker help me out and they were as impressed as I am. I hope that was helpful and let me know what you think if you decide to go for it!

Just be very aware of their return policy. My device was broken. I wrapped it up for my wife's birthday and when we opened it, it didn't work right. I was one day late calling them and they wouldn't take it back. Really bad customer service. Good luck with your purchase if you decide to go with this company.
