Hi,
I'vs lost the installation CD and i want to install my ebookman in my new PC. I've donwloaded Desktop Manager and installed it in my computer, but when i plug it to my PC via Craddle or USB cable nothing happens. What can i do to make it work?

Unfortunately, the eBookMan-911 does not support Windows Vista.
As indicated in the product description, the eBookMan-911 only supports the following: Windows® NT 4.0, Windows® 98, Windows® 2000 and Windows® XP.
