hi,
I bought ECTACO translator a few months ago in UK. After about two months it stopped working. I am trying to contact ECTACO by sending them email but there is no any response.
Is it a company policy to sell stuff and if its something wrong with it just forget about customer ?
Looks like there is in UK !
