Price shown on Paperwork

Good morning

I have just received today a Eth800. The paperwork attached with it eord No 280624 and einv-112780 indicates the price is $453.00.

I realise that this is the American price may i suggest that you change your paperwork to reflect this as my initial reaction was hmm the web price was over $600 Australian these guys have ripped me off however obviously the 453 is the US$ price

It could be argued that the web price and the paperwork price are completely different and you may have trouble with the consumer laws here in Australia.

Also another suggestion your australian website has no provision for delivery to another location in Australia other than the billing address. i wanted to have this sent as a gift direct but the email i received said i had to sign authorisation and give the person my credit card details. Oveerly complex and unnercessary may i suggest.

These comments are hopefully going to be received in a positive way.
