Hello,

Last week I´ve purchased the "Polish Language Extender" and already received the registration key. But I can´t register the demo version, because I can´t find the right place to enter the key.

Maybe, someone can help me.

Dear MarKur,

While entering the registration key, please note the following:
- the registration key is case sensitive
- the digit "zero" can be easily mixed up with the letter "O" and the digit "1" - with the letter "l"
- there should be no spaces at the beginning or at the end of the registration key
- the registration key contains dashes "-", but not the underline symbols "_".

If this information doesn't help, please include your order reference number for this purchase and send us your registration key to [email protected]

Hello again,

I?ll try to explain.

Yesterday I?ve donwloaded the "Polish Extender Version" for

WM 2003 and WM 2003 SE.

By installing the WM2003 SE Version I?m able to put in the Key and it installs the full version to my PDA. But the 2003 SE Version isn?t working very well with my HP 1940 PDA.

IN the WM 2003 installation, there is no possibiliti to enter the key, it is automatacally installing the limited demo version.

Dear MarKur,

What do you mean exactly when you say that the 2003 SE version isn't working very well on your PDA?

Are there any errors that you get while using the software?

I'd also appreciate if you could provide your order reference number.
