Text Search

Are there any plans to incorporate a text string search into the Jetbook Mini's operating system? I can think of many uses this feature could have. For instance, supposed I had a text file that looked like this:

*Computer - A device that calculates
*Calculator - A person or device that manipulates numbers
*Crush - To press or squeeze with force

With a text seach feature, I could enter the keyword, such as *Calculator and then go to that point in my document and view the text, or in this case, the definition. The asterisk would insure that I ignored all other instances of the word "calculator" where they were used in other places, and only find the string where the asterisk was involved.

I can visualize a self-created PIM with phone numbers where I would have names listed and could search by them, or any other text string I specified. It would add a lot of functionality to the Jetbook Mini.

Thanks for the question! I personally don't get notified about updates until they are ready to be released.

What i do know is that the updates are based on the users feedback and i have heard allot of feedback whereby customers are looking for some sort of search function like the jetBook and the jetBook Lite utilize.

Hopefully it will be available on the jetBook Mini in the near future. Thanks for the feedback!
