I've noticed a number of posts here about complaints and frustrations with the company. I've had many of the same issues. I just want to leave a note to say that Alex has been fantastic about listening and taking care of these concerns and I see that he's done the same here in the forum for a number of others. It's easy to complain but I feel it's also important to acknowledge good work as well and intend to do that with this message. It is my impression that Alex is working very hard to understand and address some of the issues that have created difficulty for a number of customers in the past. Given this, I hope that some of the users who are posting especially angry messages will keep this in mind and trust that there can be some good resolutions ...
