entering codes to open pdb files

I need help!I downloaded a book with pdb and am unable to get my alphnumeric key to change from numbers to letters can any one assist?I have a jbl.

Hi,

To change the keys you just have to press one of the arrow keys when you are entering name and password information. You will see it change from "123" to "abc" to T9 and so on.

I'm sorry my mistake (haven't entered in a password for a book in quite some time). Please press one of the page turn buttons. These are the buttons on the bottom left of the device. Please let me know if this works for you. Thanks!

it worked!Thank you soo much thought that i wasted my money on the book,I do not know what some of the people on this web site exspected but I have found that the response you have given has been quick and to the point so that older people such as myself can use this great product and alo save a lot of trees.I've shown the jbl to every body i work with and plan on getting one for my mom for christmas.thanks again
