([email protected]) my korean name is Jeon Young-chul from Seoul. South Korea.
I bought ECTACO Partner ER800 in AMAZON.com 9th semptember and it's delivered to me 15 th september...yesterday.
I opened the box and tried to operate the electronic dictionary...
at first I put on battery and at the same time display became light(just white screen) although I didn't toch turn on/off button!
and that's all... there are no icons..no woking. just white and light display. and when i touch keyboard... it just gives me a beep sound and no changes in display...
after i charged that battery(lamp was green) it's all the same situation. turn on/ off button doesn't work... and I'm just watching that blank screen!!!!!!! I'm so upset... (I tried to reset a few times... but that's not helpful)...
what can i do with that problem??? I live in Seoul there is no sevice center of ECTACO...

help me!!!!!!! :ps:

Dear Alex,

Please try to take out the battery and MMC for some time and insert them back to the unit. Also please make sure that you charged the unit during 12 hours for the first time.
If it doesn't help please send the unit back to us for replacement.
