Hi,
I have EGm600T model. I changed the AAA batteries and now I can see the screen but it is all scrmabled. I cannot read anything. All the letters are cut on the bottom. On the top of the screen I have dashes. I reset the device but no luck. What are my options to fix this problem especially that I am now in Germany and I really need to use the device as soon as possible.
I appreciate your help. Thank you.

Dear Customer,
Please try to perform hard reset with fresh batteries installed. Press ESC+S+Reset (reset button should be pressed with paper-clip tip) to enter a Self test.
We will accept the device under the warranty in case the device will not work.
We can also trade in your old EGm600T for a new EGm800

Hi,
I tried ESC+S+RESET AND the problem is still there. The device is still under one year warranty. What should I now?
