regisstration problem

for your chinese/english dictionary, I downloaded the rkf file to my computer, but I could not download it as an rkf file. So I could not register. I renamed it with an rkf extension.

It still does not work.

Also, I had no need for download insurance. whywas I charged?

I emailed support & I just get the same instructions back all the time. It was unclear how to remove download protection. I don't even know what it is for.

There is an option "Remove" in the shopping cart, also you may click on "Download protection" there to learn what it is for.
