pls share your experience

hi everyone out there,
pls share with me your experience with any translation software you guys and gals have downloaded, brought from here or outside of lingvoosoft...

i am a victim of ORIENTAL EXPRESS 6.0 Enterprise version (chinese to english)... spend S$349 for the translator yet after they installed for me, i go back home my computer cannot start... went down to install the next day, this time the boss of the company installed personally and the problem is the same... can start but worst, it hang in the middle of the start up for whole night cannot off or on. press F8 also not help...

after 3 times of install and cannot restart as everytime safety restart computer, window would auto uninstall ORIENTAL EXPRESS.... and that is not before i puck up the wire (which would hurt the hard drive) and start in safe-mode.

yet ORIENTAL EXPRESS is not willing to refund my money and wants me to pay for 2 installation fee... when i complain to the boss, he even want me to pay back him the price of a laptop that i used if he can fix the problem for me... Leave the money or laptop down before you leave my office if i fix the problem today...

pls share we me on your experience on translation software as i don't want to face another problem for my next purchase.
