2008 packg do not work

Dear Sir /Madam,

i bought full packg English -Arabic dictionary 2008 from LingvoSoft.com on 3.4.08 and because i have windows vista , i tried all the link to download but it did not work . So i decided to wait for the C.D by mail . Finally , i have received the C.D some component of it as rkf. file , and i read in the forum that i have to used the key they send to me and the link .

i used all the links from my account and only one part downloaded with me but the dictionary , the flash card and the picture dictionary do not work at all . also i read that there is a link in the e. mail has been sent to me have file to open rkf. file

unfortunate i do not have the e.mail any more as the hotmail delete it but i keep a copy of the recite .

i want to know how to solve the download problem as i have not got any benefit from buying the dictionary i am looking forward to receive your reply
