Please Help with Keys!

I bought the Learning Spanish software bundle for the Pocket PC. Since I upgraded it to the following -- I can't install it!!

Talking Dictionary 2008 Eng-Span for Pocket PC
Talking PhraseBook 2008 Eng-Span for Pocket PC
FlashCards 2008 Eng-Span for Pocket PC
FlashCards 2008 Eng-Span for Windows
Learning Voice PhraseBook 2008 Eng-Span for Windows
Talking Dictionary 2008 Eng-Span for Windows

This is a big disappointment, as I have sent messages to support asking for help. NO reply. Do I have old keys and new software? New software and old keys? I don't know!! I don't care!! I JUST WANT IT TO WORK!

Any suggestions where I could find older revs of these products, to see if my keys will work?

BTW, I have keys, but when I install the products, they are looking for some kind of key file . . .

If there was a crying face, it would be me. I really couldn't afford what I spent on this -- and now it doesn't work . ..
