Customer Support,

I could not register the product by following the instruction. Please help me.

OS: Windows Vista
PDA: Windows Mobile version 5.0

It was successfully downloaded and sync a file *.rkf to PDA but when I register the application, it could not locate the registration key and the application is not working as expected.
