Hello,

I purchased beginning of october 2007 a complete package of software for german. As I went to turkey at this time I downloaded only the products with turkey language immediately. Everything worked fine and I could enter the registration key in text form.

After coming back in november I downloaded then all the files and installed some of them.

One example is lingvosoft-flashcards-pkpc-gerrus-nt-3_6_37.exe .

The problem was now that this file doesn't contain the 2007 version anymore, it contains already the 2008 version which requires a key file instead of the key in text form.

The same seems to be true for all the other products I have ordered. The download links I received all contain now the 2008 programs.

BTW, at www.lingvosoft.de my account has also only the 2008 versions for download, but show my keys for the 2007 versions.

How can I get the 2007 versions of my ordered products?

I already sent an email to Lingvosoft but they answered I should buy the keys for 2008. This is ridiculous. I have paid for the 2007 version and I want just to download my purchased products.
