Eng-Sp Oxford multimedia picture dictionary NEED SERIAL NUM

This is *so* frustrating. I am in a car on my way to another state. The CD arrived in the mail just before I left home. I installed the dictionary but do not have a serial number. Please help! I need this dictionary this weekend!

Please email me the serial number to [email protected]

I have also sent an email to Dan Feder and also submitted a message on line on the lingvosoft site. Both of those contain my invoice number.

I ordered and paid $75 for this dictionary on November 19. I received the CD on November 30. It contained no serial/registration number so I am unable to use the installed application. I have emailed Dan Feder, posted here on the forum, submitted a message via the lingvosoft web site, and finally today sent a message to [email protected]. I have received absolutely no response from anyone. I think it is now time for me to get a refund. Please someone, tell me how to find someone at lingvosoft who will respond to my request.
