MMC/SD Cards for ECTACO Partner ET800

I have got a ECTACO Partner ET800. There is a MMC card (128 MB) English-Turkish distionary files in this machine.

I want to put any MP3 files in this media card. So, i must increase this MMC / SD card capacity for a lot of MP3 files fit in this. And copy the dictionary files into a new high capacity MMC / SD card, with my MP3 files.

How much size (GigaBytes) the machine uses MMC or SD card. (maximum size ?)

For example :
1-) Can i use the SDHC Card 2GB, 4GB, 8GB or higher?
2-) Can i use the standard SD Card 2 GB, 4GB or higher?
3-) Can i use the MMC Card 2GB or higher?
for adding more MP3 files into the MMC or SD card (including Dictionary files)?
