H-E-L-P ! - hebrew keyboard produces boxes instead of ivrith

in order to be sure it's working, I've downloaded and installed an evaluation version of engl-heb dict 2007

first, the keyboard did not show up

now, after re-installing the keyboard and then removing it by the ActiveSync software list (because your keyboard tool has got no 'remove' button but only 'disable' and 'enable') and then re-re-installing it a third time, it shows up

however, it produces but boxes (instead of alefbet) when using it..

when selecting 'options..' in the keyboard pop up (instead of choosing transcriber or other) -> the tab 'inserting methods' opens with 'Hebrew Keyboard' chosen and an 'Options..' button below

Issue: pushing this 'Options..' button does not open anything.. whereas choosing 'Letter Recognizing' for examples and pushing the same button opens the options to choose

.. what to do?

btw.
yes, there is msss.tff in the windows folder
no, there aren't any files in the windows\fonts folder
yes, alefbet shows fine in the dictionary
yes, transcription shows fine in the dictionary
yes, font changing through the dictionary option menu works fine for the dictionary itself

having walked through your forum for finding a solution before posting..

.. I've noticed, you will bring out the 2008 version of the engl-heb dict in 1 to two weeks now (it was said by some of your stuff in the forum that in 2 to 3 weeks at the 12th or 15th of august)

now, I really need the dict now, is it possible to have the latest beta and so being kinda test user.. ??

.. this sound file function of yours is really cool.. basically.. but your absolutely need to work on the word samples itself !!

.. one barely understands the speaker and he seems not express well the words..

- too fast spoken, really
- seems not to comply with the letters
- barely understandable
- sounds like cut
- the cut samples probably are placed to narrow one the each other

I certainly will have to replace each single sound example (if possible within your software) in order to profit the least from this really very cool feature

and still no reply at all - how loud one has to scream in here in order to get a simple note at least?

Please uninstall the current version of the software from your PDA and "soft" reset your PDA once it's done.

After that please download the last 2008 version from this link:

When installation process is completed please perform the "soft" reset of your PDA and launch the dictionary after that.

Please let us know if your issue is resolved.
