I have recently bought Ectaco Partner B-3. After switching it on it shows an animation about plugging an USB cable, so i do just that. Unfortunately the Ectaco Desktop Manager says u have an operating system missing in the device. I have a file that says in description "Operating system". How can i upload it to the device? When i try "Send" i get info about missing OS im device - same text when i hit "sync". What should i do?
